INITIAL CONSULTATION

A stand-alone one hour session to review your individual questions, concerns, eating habits, lifestyle, and goals.  We provide a basic guideline and recommendations drawing on habit building, sustainable food choices, and lifestyle tweaks. We also will work to make recommendations specific to YOUR bio-individuality based on our extensive questionnaire and discussions. 

HOURLY SESSIONS

Hourly sessions are used after you have completed an initial consultation or for when you have come off monthly support and would like to have a check in with your coach. These sessions can be used to track progress, answer questions, and tweak your plan to allow your continued success!

MONTHLY SUPPORT

A customized nutrition plan to help you dial in your diet. Featuring weekly email check-ins, as well as monthly Skype or in-person meetings. Each plan is individualized to your goals, activities, food limitations and preferences.
